Apparently, her mother surrendered her to the "orphanage" to pursue other endeavors. Unfortunately, little Totu's nightmare appears to be ongoing. I've searched high and low and can't find any updates on her case. I realize that the wheels of justice turn slowly, but this is ridiculous.
