I couldn't agree more. I have relatives in the area where this crime took place and the attitudes of some of the residents is appalling.

The perpetrator, and his brother, have never been able to stay out of trouble. Even so, due to his learning disabilities, there are some who believe he deserves a pass. There's no doubt in my mind that he knew exactly what he was doing. Why else would he have been hiding in the girls' restroom? He's just a bad seed, plain and simple.
